A popular way of controlling all features of ceiling fans are wall controllers. They provide 4 fan speeds without generating any buzzing noise as it can sometimes happen with other transformers and speed controllers. This wall controller consists of a robust white plastic housing with a rotary switch for the four fan speeds and motor off, as well as a little rocker switch.
This wall controller allows users to turn the fan light on and off. On the rotary switch one of the four possible fan speeds can be selected, or the fan can be turned off all together. The controller is suitable for installation in standard flush-mounted boxes (single).
You will need two separate phases for the motor and the light (1 phase motor, 1 phase light). The wall controller is compatible with ceiling fans with a motor wattage of 150W and a lamp wattage of 400W.
